Gallina de Punk is a new brand by David Seijas (former sommelier at elBulli) and is born from all the accumulated experience to create concepts beyond the conventional
world of wine. Our creative process acquires a provocative will seeking to reach beyond known limits, rejecting dogmas, freeing ourselves from stigmas and making the
established uncomfortable.

 

NEVERWINE is our first project, a proposal of non-alcoholic wines for all audiences, a tribute to the native grape varieties of Spain that we love!

 

More than 15 years ago at elBulli we detected that around 3.5% of customers did not drink alcohol. Today we present our first Alc. 0% Vol. wine for all those who cannot drink alcohol or want to lead a healthy lifestyle.

 

Ingredients: dealcoholized wine, must, water, natural aromas, stabilisers: arabic gum, potassium polyespartate, acidity regulators: tartaric, malic, preservatives: dimethyldicarbonate, sulfites.
