Pinkgall

Our Pinkgall rosé wine is a unique creation that reinterprets traditional rosés from Navarra with a radical proposal. It combines a blend of Garnacha grapes with a more contemporary production process, featuring an image inspired by a dreamlike-Dalíesque world born from the inspiration of the Pink Panther and a Globetrotter rooster wearing corkscrew boots. Aged for 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel, Pinkgall evokes flavors of fruits like strawberries, raspberries, citrus such as yuzu, and balsamic aromas like fennel, lavender, and anise, characteristic of the Baja Montaña sub-zone in the Navarra D.O. Undoubtedly, once again, a very versatile wine that we hope you enjoy.

Grape

Garnacha tinta and others. Indigenous clone. Richter 110.25 years average.

Winemaking

Traditional viticulture with little intervention. Mechanical harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration of 3-4 hours cold and saignée. Fermentation between 16 and 18ºC for 20 days. 3 months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel.

Tasting

Fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and yuzu citrus and balsamic aromas such as fennel, lavender and anise. Ideal to enjoy with friends by the glass and with some snacks. We propose also a regional pairing: some piquillo peppers stuffed with cod and bechamel sauce. The liturgy of the wine service recommends tasting it between 10-12C with a glass such as Riedel Vinum Viogner, but we will be pleased if you enjoy it with what, when and how ever you choose.
